Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and GoHireDD ("GoHireDD", "we", "us" or "our"), the seller and operator of the GoHireDD career companion service. GoHireDD is the party you contract with when you subscribe to and use the service.

GoHireDD is a subscription career companion that analyses job adverts and helps you draft ATS-friendly CVs and cover letters from your own career details. Access requires an active paid subscription and an account.

Plans are billed monthly in South African Rand: Starter (R250/month), Plus (R450/month), and Unlimited (R550/month). Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle handles payment collection, billing, tax (including VAT where applicable), invoices, cancellations and refunds on our behalf. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. For billing questions, invoices, cancellations or refunds, contact Paddle at paddle.net.

Starter and Plus include a fixed number of prompts per month; the allowance resets on each renewal. Unused prompts do not roll over. Unlimited has no prompt cap, subject to fair use.

You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your account page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades and cancellations take effect as described there. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

ATS match scores, application scorecards, and recruiter-style reviews produced by GoHireDD are estimates and simulations for guidance only. They do not guarantee interviews, shortlisting, or employment outcomes of any kind.

You retain ownership of the career information you provide. You are responsible for the accuracy of the documents you submit to employers and for how you use generated drafts. You must be honest in your applications and must not use GoHireDD to misrepresent qualifications.

You may not share your account, attempt to bypass plan limits, scrape the service, or use it for unlawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, breach these terms, or use the platform fraudulently, without refund where the breach is material.

We aim for reliable access but do not warrant uninterrupted availability. We may update, improve, or change features over time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoHireDD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost job opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
